Question: How often is the site updated with new accident listings?

Answer: New listings are added as they come in. There are times when the site is updated several times per day.

Question: I'm looking for a specific accident and cannot find a listing for it.

Answer: We do not list every accident that happens. We have specific criteria that must be met for an accident to qualify for a listing. Our primary objective is to list unique type accidents — accidents which convey a lesson toward prevention.

Listing dozens of accidents of a specific type of equipment toppled onto its side would serve no meaningful purpose toward accident prevention. However, if the accident was caused because the operator obviously failed to obey standard safety practices, listing the incident may be of benefit for the lesson it conveys.
