The boom truck was set-up and operating properly and the dump trailer driver decided to back his trailer at an angle alongside the boom truck and dump his load of sand. He did not consider the uneven ground and the fact that the sand was sticking to the trailers badly that day. He raised his trailer at full speed and the sand on the uphill side slid out and the downhill side stayed in, you can see the result moments later.

The boom truck operator was at the operators station and he dove off the truck when he saw the trailer coming over and the truck driver bailed out of his cab and tried to run but tripped and fell. Fortunately, no one was injured.
